2/2/22: Volunteer Hours

Due to the inability to host a tournament this season, we are unable to provide enough opportunities for families to complete their required volunteer hours.

The board will be shredding all volunteer deposit checks.  If you paid your volunteer deposit with cash, we will be returning your funds.

If you have already completed volunteer hours for the 2021-2022 season, those hours will carry forward into the 2022-2023 season.  The 2022 Sauk Rapids summer parade and any other upcoming summer volunteer opportunities completed will count toward the 2022-2023 season as well.

We are already preparing to host a tournament in the 2022-2023 season and volunteer expectations will resume next season.

Thank you to all who volunteered this season and we look forward to providing more opportunities this summer and next season!

Go Storm!

Our scheduled Youth nights for the season are as follows:

11/21/21: Practice Information

There have been a few questions about drop-off times for practices. When practicing at the early time slot, players should be dropped off between 5:45 and 6:15; when practicing at the late time slot, players should be dropped off between 7:25 and 7:45. If you drop-off your player outside of these times, the doors may be locked. For safety purposes, the doors cannot be left propped open.

Please spend a couple extra minutes at drop-off time and wait to make sure your player has made it safely inside the school. This is especially important on these dark, cold evenings.

Reminder to be sure to use the following doors when arriving to practices and when leaving practices:

MHES door 11

MS door 13

PV door 1

9/12/21: Registration Closed

Registration is now closed for the upcoming season.

No refunds will be provided after teams have been formed.

Note that the $100 volunteer check must be collected before your child can begin practicing with their team.

10,000 Shot Club

To keep the kids thinking about basketball and staying active, SRRYBO is introducing a 10,000 shot challenge.  This will run from 6/20/21 through 9/20/21 and is open to all SRRYBO youth in grades 3-8 (for 2021-2022 school year) who will be registering for the upcoming season.  All players who complete the challenge will be rewarded with a SRRYBO 10,000 Shot Club hooded sweatshirt.

Please see the below forms for additional information.
