Board of Directors

The SRRYBO Board is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Organization. The Board shall meet at least once per month. Additional meetings may be called by the President or by any three Board members.

A quorum is required to conduct official business, and shall be defined as fifty-one percent (51%) of current Board members.

The Executive Board consists of the President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

In addition to the Executive Board, the full Board includes the following officer positions:

• Vice President
• Scheduling Coordinator
• Media & Volunteer Coordinator
• Fundraising Coordinator
• Tournament Director
• Parent Representatives (4 positions)

The Board shall also include at least one (1) general member and may expand to a maximum of fifteen (15) members in total. The duties and titles of general Board members may evolve to meet the changing needs of the Organization. The Board retains the authority to restructure roles as necessary.

Each Board member is entitled to one equal vote. If a member holds more than one position, they are still entitled to only one vote.

Board elections are held annually in April during a scheduled Board meeting. Elections are conducted for positions with expiring terms or vacancies. Each SRRYBO family is entitled to one equal vote in the election process.

The Board may fill any mid-term vacancies at any time with a majority vote of the current Board.
