Code of Conduct - Players & Parents/Guardians

All players, at least one parent/guardian, and all coaches are required to sign and date a Code of Conduct form each year.

By signing the form, the parent/guardian agrees to uphold the Code of Conduct on behalf of all family members and guests who may attend any SRRYBO game or practice.

Code of Conduct forms are provided below for review.

Failure to sign the Code of Conduct or to appear before the SRRYBO Board when requested will result in all children in the household being ineligible to participate in SRRYBO activities.
